Enduro Sculpt is a 45-minute on-bike strength ride that combines heavy resistance cycling with sculpt training. This 1 of a kind format prioritizes strength over speed, heavy focus on core engagement, rider form, maintaining a cadence below 70 BPM. Enduro provides training equipment in studio using Bala Bangles, Bala Bars, Pilates Balls and Weighted Bars.
Sculpt training focuses on time under tension, activates stabilizer muscles through isometric holds, pulses, and controlled movements. These exercises build balance, control, and lean muscle definition by emphasizing small, precise actions and sustained engagement.
